Novice, also known as bike skills clinic, is a short course for cyclists 7 years or older to learn basic handling skills. It is a 1.5 to 2 hour course, in a single session. All participants must provide their own bike and helmet and meet eligibility requirements in order to participate. This course has a non-road component (handling skills) and participants may progress to an introduction to pathways and quiet residential roads. This course has a maximum capacity of 6 participants per 1 instructor (for kids, all on-road groups will have 1 assistant instructor as well).
- For the full course, including the on-road component, the cost is $30 per participant (all ages).

Intermediate, the most valuable course we offer, will teach cyclists how to ride on residential roads. This course includes a significant amount of theory learning, which is either done in-person or online. All participants must provide their own bike and helmet and meet eligibility requirements in order to participate: there is no pre-requisite course. Maximum 6 participants per 1 instructor; all kids courses will have 1 assistant instructor as well.
- For kids aged 9-15, the "regular" course is 4 sessions of 3 hours each in length (total 12 hours) with online learning required and the cost is $150 per participant.
- As a summer day camp for kids aged 9-15, the same content is delivered, but all theory learning is done in person. A full camp runs for 5 days, from 9am-4pm each day (35 hours total) and includes an ice cream on Friday. The cost of a camp is $275 per participant.
- Intermediate is also offered for families, but we are not asking about this course at this time.
- For teens and adults 14 years of age or older, the Intermediate course is typically run in 2 session of 3 hours each (total 6 hours), but it can be run as a single day course also; online learning is required in either format. The cost is $100 per participant.

Advanced builds on Intermediate knowledge and skills to enable cyclists to ride on busier roads including downtown. This course is only available for those aged 16 or more. All participants must provide their own bike and helmet and meet eligibility requirements in order to participate. This course builds on the Intermediate course and has been offered only in conjunction with the Intermediate course; this is run as a series of 2 sessions of 3 hours plus a single session of 6 hours (total 12 hours) with no prerequisite course. Maximum of 6 participants per 1 instructor.
- Combined with Intermediate for a total of 12 hours in-person with online learning, the cost is $175 per participant.
